Jennifer Aniston

The glory days: In the nineties, Jennifer Aniston was riding high. She landed the role of superficial-yet-lovable Rachel Green on “Friends,” an entire generation of women copied her hairdo, and she won an Emmy for best lead actress. Then, in 2000, she married golden boy Brad Pitt in a lavish Malibu ceremony, and in 2002 she gained indie cred with “The Good Girl.” Who could ask for more?

Troubled times: After Aniston and Pitt called it quits -- and Pitt started dating Angelina Jolie – Aniston was painted as a victim. Recently, Aniston’s on-and-off relationship with John Mayer has come under the microscope, amid rumors she is pregnant. Jen’s appearance on “30 Rock” did little to buoy her falling star; the episode garnered the lowest ratings of the season. An appearance on “Oprah” and a jab at Jolie in a “Vogue” interview only provided further fodder for media scrutiny.

Bailout plan: Appealing as it is to cozy up to Oprah and gush, you may want to adopt the phrase “no comment” with regards to all things Brad and Angelina. And as for your unlucky-in-love image, how about trading in the actors and musicians for a regular guy? Get out of the spotlight and focus on what you love: acting! Why not star in a Broadway play? Added bonus: you’ll get out of L.A. for a while.

Alec Baldwin says kissing Jennifer Aniston was 'painful’!

Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin has jokingly described his onscreen kiss with Jennifer Aniston on the hit American show 30 Rock as “painful”.

The actor revealed that the experience was not as enjoyable he had expected it to be.

“It was painful. I mean, every man who's had to make out with her in TV and movies - I don't know how they do it!” The Sun quoted Baldwin, as saying jokingly.

Baldwin was also asked whether he believed the 30 Rock episode’s suggestion that “crazy” women are better in bed.

He added: “That's assuming I've been with crazy women. If I answer that question in the affirmative, that would type a woman I've been with as being crazy, which I don't really feel like doing. But I hear it's true. I hear from my friends it's true.”

Alec laughed: “I will say this on the record - I've never slept with a crazy man!”

Jennifer Aniston : Aniston says she and Mayer ‘adore one another’

Jennifer Aniston’s on and off relationship with singer John Mayer may have raised many eyebrows, but the actress claims that no matter whether or not they are together, the two still ‘adore one another’.

“People need to mind their own business,” People quoted her as telling Vogue in its December issue.

The ‘Friends’ star understands that she and Mayer are always in the eyes of the people owning to the fact that the rocker is nine years younger to Aniston and also his past relationships include starlets like Jessica Simpson.

She added: “Did you ever think Claudia Schiffer and David Copperfield made sense? Did Susan Anton and Dudley Moore make sense? Wait! I got more!”

At the time when Aniston started dating Mayer, she claimed that she “barely knew his music.”

However, the couple finally broke up in August this year.

Talking about her relationship with Mayer today, she said: “It’s funny when you hit a place in a relationship and you both realize [that] we maybe need to do something else, but you still really, really love each other. It’s painful.

“There was no malicious intent. I deeply, deeply care about him; we talk, we adore one another. And that’s where it is.” (ANI)
